He got straight to work, communicated very well using understandable terminology and did everything I wanted. This was just the experience I hoped for when I asked for somoeone who could communicate well with an older person as I was concerned I might get someone who just couldn’t relate to me & my lack of computer knowledge. Many of my similarly-aged friends would relate to that.”
